The Tampa Bay Area Racing Association’s 2007 season will open with a practice
night on Friday, February 9th at Citrus County Speedway from 5:00 till 8:00 p.
m.. The First race of the 2007 season will be held at Citrus County Speedway’s
3/8-mile oval in Inverness, FL. on Saturday, February 10th. Pit gate will open on
Saturday at 2:00 PM with hot laps at 3:00 PM.
The next two nights, Sunday and Monday - February 11th & 12th the TBARA will
be at New Smyrna Speedway’s newly repaved ½ mile high-banked oval. Practice
both days will start at 1:00 PM.
The February SPEED WEEKS will finish at DeSoto Speedway’s 3/8 mile high
banked on Saturday, February 17th.
SPEED WEEKS will host drivers such as Dave Steele, Bo Hartley, Keith, Shane
and Stan Butler, Dude Teate, Troy DeCaire, Michael Smith, Wendy Mathis as
well as Ryan Myers, Doug Berryman, Frank Neill from Ohio, Hank Lower and
Cameron Dotson from Indiana, and Kevin Feeney from Michigan.
