By Matt Prieur-ASA Late Model Series Lexington, Michigan (12/19/2007): A new feature on the cars and stars of the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts began recently and continues every Wednesday right up to the 2008 ASALMS Challenge Division Season Opener in Hudson, North Carolina on Friday and Saturday March 14-15, 2008.
Welcome to “Meet the ASALMS Drivers”! This feature highlights the lighter side of our ASALMS teams and our drivers. All in an effort to get to know each and every one of the pilots who will call the ASALMS home for the upcoming 2008 season.
Once again three drivers are featured with one apiece on each website. An overwhelming number of teams have contacted the ASALMS Home Offices in Lexington, Michigan on how to be featured on this new and very popular feature.

This week on the ASALMS Southern Division Website, 35-year-old Jeremy Gerstner, who was a 2007 South Rookie title contender is the featured driver! The Wesley Chapel, Florida pilot finished 10th in the final ASALMS Southern Division Points Standings with Three (3) Top 10 finishes with a season high Seventh Place finish coming at the South Georgia (GA) Motorsports Park.
