Leavitt Racing Components signs on for the 2008 season in the ASA Late

Lexington, Michigan (02/04/2008): As the ASA Late Model Series Presented
by GM Performance Parts continues preparation for the upcoming 2008 racing
season, the Lexington, Michigan based series is seeing a massive growth in
new sponsors who have joined the ASALMS family for the series Sixth season
Leavitt Racing Components Inc., LRC, (formerly know as Steve Leavitt
Racing), known as a premiere chassis builder to NASCAR Sprint Cup,
Nationwide Series, and USAR Pro Cup Series competitors has signed on as a
Participating Manufacturers Program (PMP) partner for the 2008 racing
season in the ASALMS Southern Division.
“We’re very fortunate that Leavitt has come on board for the 2008 Season.”
Said ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney. “Our list of new sponsors
coming on board for the upcoming year makes me proud to see the ASALMS
has come so far in these last few years and we’ll only continue to get
stronger.” Varney added.
Leavitt Racing Component’s sales staff and engineers are continually striving
to provide the latest technology and customer service to NASCAR Sprint,
Nationwide, and Craftsman Truck teams and the up and coming Late Model
and Hooters Pro Cup teams.
Leavitt Racing Components has many product lines including main stay
products such as Centerlinks, Idler Arms, Truck Arms, and various suspension
components and custom machining.
Leavitt also carries a wide variety of new products such as Caster/Camber
Gauges, Jackbolt Nuts, Zero Degree Lower Spring Sets, and Swaybar links.
This is all in addition to Front and Rear Clip Components, Lower and Upper A-
Arm Components, Front and Rear Suspension Components, Steering, Trailing
Arm, Pedal, Engine, and Shock Components and more.
LRC moved into a 17,000 sq. ft. facility in December 2006 and is now located
in Mooresville, North Carolina. The facility includes a full service machine
shop, consisting of Four Daewoo CNC Mills and Four Daewoo Lathes. The
new facility also houses a large showroom and the company’s corporate
offices.
